MARAE BOOKINGS
Important: Tangihanga are priority bookings and earlier confirmed bookings may be changed if the marae is needed for a tangihanga.
Information provided will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
CHARGES
If you have opted for an invoice, the Treasurer will issue an invoice after your booking has been completed.
Please note that overnight bookings require checkout before 10am, otherwise you will be charged for an extra 1/2 day or full day depending on your checkout time.
PAYMENT
The preferred payment option is by internet banking. The Treasurer will email an invoice with payment details. Cash payments can be made however arrangements need to be discussed with the Treasurer. Receipts will be available on request.
DEPOSIT
A deposit is mandatory to confirm a booking. The Komiti reserves the right to adjust any deposit requirements accordingly, ie frequent users, repeat organisations etc will have the ability to negotiate the deposit amount.
BOND
A $500 bond is required for longer stays or at the discretion of the Marae Komiti. It will be returned if the marae conditions of hireage are met and no extra costs subsequently incurred by the Hirer.
