All whānau members are encouraged to attend.
This is an opportunity to hear from your elected committee members and their work on your behalf over the previous 12 months.
The programme for the AGM will include:
– Apologies
– Minutes of the Mākirikiri Marae AGM 2024
– Chairperson Report from Lorraine Stephenson,
– Marae financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2025 will be tabled,
– An update on our kitchen and dining room renovations,
– Presentation of the marae whānau registration and database,
– General Business – an opportunity to hear from whānau on what they would like your committee to prioritise for the upcoming year. Your feedback, direction and vision for our marae.
The hui will conclude with a hearty winter meal.
